C@B – Salsa Party

Kudos to Bob & Nancy (former Characters) for doing such a great job turning their garage into a wonderful venue for a Salsa lesson. It was difficult to capture everyone at once for a picture. The house was so amazing everyone was scattered throughout  soaking in the sights.

Our instructors were incredible. Ash, pictured above, demonstrated to us the possibilities of Salsa… for example, dancing with two women at once IS possible if you know what you’re doing.

Half of the Characters took the lesson which allowed the other half to cheer us on as they were enjoying their drinks. The garage was the perfect setting to accommodate the dancing.

Michael – Sells Home Improvement Products

If you are looking to tackle some home improvement projects for the summer, you might want to call Michael at 704.488.6850. He is a vendor for home improvement projects such as windows, gutter covers, and roofs. I’ve seen Michael a couple of times prior to today’s conversation and I could have sworn that I knew him. The first few minutes of our initial conversation was spent guessing the common dominator without success. As you can see in the picture above, I caught Michael on the run, which explains the lack of information. I did find out he is from Texas and just recently came out of retirement to work in NC. I still believe that I know him from somewhere but for now I’m having to say Starbucks. His favorite thing about Birkdale… “The atmosphere”.
