Josh – The Telecommunications Guy
Josh by far has had the coolest setup out of anyone that I’ve seen that uses Starbucks as their office. Not only did he have his laptop & drink but also his cigar and his own custom ashtray. This guy knows how to get comfortable. I of course being intrigued by the setup captilized on the opprotunity to get to know him. He is originally from Virginia and joined the Army at 18. Josh was an Airborne Ranger who played bass guitar in the army band. Currently he works for LCG, Lightwave Consulting Group, consulting businesses about their telecommunications and connectivity needs. LCG does this by leveraging many large and ansillary carriers to facilitate the best possible solution to compliment the objectives of the prospective clients’ business goals. There were something interesting things I learned about Josh… first he lives in my neighborhood, what a small word. Seldom do I see people who live outside of Huntersville during the weekdays. Second, both Josh and I have similar attitudes regarding professional goals and how to go achieve them. We had a great conversation about the economy, multiple streams of income, and marketing techniques. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Josh and look forward to seeing him in neighborhood. His favorite thing about Birkdale… “The diversity of the people and the scenery. People of literally all shapes and sizes as well as the plethera of automobiles. I am a big car buff so I get pretty excited when i see a Rolls or a CL63 Black edidtion”.
